We’ve Launched! Vista Mar to Otoque Island, Panama

Hi all, Welcome to our blog, a work in progress:) After a heavy lift, lots of elbow grease and hours of project time we set off from Vista Mar Marina, where our boat had been living/stored for the past several years. Shall I back up to let everyone know how we fit all our things into a 44ft sailboat:) We did. Equipped with a new rack of solar panels, we made our way to Otoque Island, a small, nearly uninhabited island 15miles from Vista Mar. A beautiful spot for our first swim off the boat and a rope swing test with the boom! And 16ft tides, incredible!
